Free/Live/Online Cooking Class-Mapo Tofummus – Part 1 of 2 – Making the tofummus and rice

This recipe is originally from Mandy Lee and you can stick 100% to her ingredients, or we’ll talk about possible easy to get substitutions and riffs on her recipe.
It is a favorite in our house and with our neighbors who don’t want me to make anything else! If you like spicy, it’s great, if not, you can keep the spicy out of your version.
This is part 1 of 2, we’ll make the Tofummus, Garlic Confit (yum!!) and rice in this session, the pork and mapo sauce in the following session. Please rsvp and join us for both!
